Very disappointing and unprofessional. dismissive of my background, particularly regarding my blockchain experience, calling it a “buzzword” which suggested a lack of understanding or open-mindedness rather than constructive critique. Interviewer made an inappropriate and ill-informed comment asking if I was involved in the Post Office scandal during my time at Fujitsu. A simple glance at my CV would have clarified this. The tone of the interview felt adversarial rather than collaborative or exploratory. Advice to Management: Ensure interviewers review candidates’ CVs before the call to avoid making uninformed assumptions. Encourage a culture of respect and curiosity, especially when a candidate brings valuable and diverse industry experience.

Very disappointing process. They took ages after the interview to get back to me. The feedback they provided was very high level and non actionable. Overall I found them very disrespectful. Avoid if you can!
