      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Keyloop (UK) in Jul 2024

      Interview

Applied online and received an email from internal recruiter team manager requesting details which majority was already available on my CV. He then delegated to someone else in his team who had very poor communications skills and it took her a while to setup the interview. The interview went well from my perspective however I didn’t make it to the second round which I was ok with. However it took 8 business days to receive this response after chasing the internal recruiter several times. Only after escalating to her manager did I magically receive a response. From this experience I honestly believe I dodged a bullet. The two stars is for the actual interview only.

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Keyloop (UK) (Giessendam)

      Interview

One of the strangest, most disorganised processes I've ever been part of. First interview with the hiring manager was pleasant enough, however there was confusion about the location of the role (NL or UK) - which was odd as I was approached for this role by a recruiter. Second interview was stranger, and one of the questions I got was if I had kids - I don't think it's legal to ask about this. The reason given for the question was that the role involved some travel, and if I had kids I might miss them too much. (wondering if they would have asked a man the same question...). Again there was confusion about the location of the role, and this time about the salary as well. I had a suspicion that the original salary was meant to be in EUR but was accidentally offered in GBP, as they seemed shocked when I outlined my salary expectations (which matched what the recruiter approached me with). Was told that they really liked me and wanted to make an offer, but that based on my experience they thought 60K GBP was too much. After the red flags described above + the avalanche of negative reviews on glassdoor, I'd decided to decline. I was curious what their offer would be, so hadn't told them this yet. One week later, the recruiter called to say that there would be no offer after all, since there was confusion about the location and the salary... Complete waste of time. If you have a nice offer in your inbox - think twice! It's probably not real anyway.

If I called your current manager, what are 5 things they would say you could improve.

      Question 2

Do you have kids? Because the role involves travel and you might miss them too much.
