Easy and Painless, 2 week from phone to onsite interview. Aer asking questions on what you know about computer networks, handling processes, reading all emails, reacting to emails, escalating issues, following up on issues, staying on top of issues. What types of monitoring software have you used. Can you learn to use new softwares and processes. Will you offer any new or improved efficiencies upon processes or softwares for monitoring applications, servers or network equipment.
