The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kenexa (Lincoln, NE) in Jun 2012
Interview
Applied for position online and took a skills test. Was emailed a few days after applying for an onsite interview. Had had two 2:1 interviews that day. They asked a lot of questions of on a scale of 1-10 how would you rate your ability is such and such situation. Most of the questions were fairly simple and were easily answered with my current work experience. They explained if I made it past this round of the hiring process, the next steps would be a phone interview and then a decision would be made. I was called to set up a time for the phone interview which was set up by another office in California. This interview was an assessment on my skills and personality. The questions gradually became more and more about competing and how I would be the best at any given aspect of my job. Unfortunately, I am too modest and I have never been in a meeting the expected quota career. I don't think Kenexa is a terrible place to work, I just don't think I would have been a good fit for them.
