It was super pathetic. They need to learn on "how not to waste candidate's time" doing something that is not a part of their job role. The selection process is very simple, they ask fish to fly and birds to swim and on that basis they take their recruitment decisions. To begin with, they themselves are not clear on what they seek from the role and the candidates. Everything is haywire and so I have learnt that the attrition rate is very high. The coordination between their own team/ staff is very doubtful and hence the clarity and assessment parameter is questionable. For HR role the selection parameter is of an MIS/ WFM executives. It is quite astonishing to have learnt such a contradiction during the interview.
