Very easy and straight to the point, they seek those who are very high energy and are able to bring a sunny and positive personality to the workplace. Will also ask you sales related questions
Applied online via tapestry had an informal interview with manager in the store and was basically there to see if I fit well with the team and was looking for someone who could talk to people

Called by manager for an in person interview. The in person interview I was asled around 10-15 competency based questions and generic questions about past experience. Wasn’t told that I didn’t get the role so I had to call the number over a week later and told the position was already filled.

Quick and easy, and the management was friendly and open-minded. The interview was only about 20 minutes with a lot of room to ask my own questions and get an understanding of the team and work environment, and most importantly the management expectations.
