      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Kate Spade New York in Apr 2026

      Interview

After progressing through three interviews — with a junior recruiter, hiring manager, and senior director from the holding company — I received no feedback, no update, and no closure on my candidacy. Despite following up, I was left completely in the dark. For a company seeking to improve communications with internal audiences, the irony isn't lost. The lack of responsiveness reflects poorly on both the team and the brand — and raises a harder question about who gets the courtesy of a response. For candidates investing real time and energy into this process, basic transparency isn't too much to ask. The silence spoke volumes.

      Question 1

Why do you want work for Kate Spade? What is one thing you've learned from each of your previous employers featured on your resume? How you do develop executive communications, ensuring you capture an executive's voice across various channels?
