I applied online. I participated in an initial interview with someone from HR, afterwards I completed a fairly easy technical quiz. Second round of interviews with a tech lead. Both interviews went well and my experience meshed well with the role. Unfortunately I was advised that Kasada would not be moving forward with hiring me. Although I was disappointed, I am not surprised based on what I've read of other's experience. If the company is indeed not hiring for the role and just 'Going through the motions' & wasting qualified applicants' time to fulfill some sort of role audit, their integrity is soiled.
