I went in through a third party recruiter. I had a relatively positive experience, nice people. I did a phone screen with the hiring manager, and talked with four engineers, two as a cultural, two as a technical. I thought the interview was fair, although I think their may have been some confusion about what role I would be placed on if hired. The recruiting company that set up the interview led me to believe that an offer was going to be made that day which Kajabi never led me to believe, so I took that with a grain of salt, but unfortunately set me up under weird circumstances to interview. I got the impression that everyone enjoys working at the company and I felt like the interview process was fair, although I wish I came in under different circumstances if I could do it over again. Needless to say, I won't be working with that recruiting firm again.

Um longo processo com mais de 7 entrevistas com diversas pessoas em diversas horas fragmentas e o final me parece muito pouco produtivas. Por fim o feedback foi vago e sem muito sentido.
