Very long process with a lot of hurdles to jump over. Almost overkill. A drug, personality and skills test for a non-operational role (i.e. backoffice Finance) does not apply for this role, but understand that this is a healthcare company.

Screening interview with the recruiter and two panel interviews. Went fairly quickly. The questions were straightforward and as expected. They had a good focus on what was needed for the job, not anything weird. I really enjoyed the interviews and getting to meet the team. They seem really invested in helping me succeed when I start.

Polite process interviewed with recruiter & 2 VPs in consulting group. Mostly working on the expansion of Risant into non California and other areas. Heard a lot about their expansion plans
Very long and tedious. Too many interviewers whose feedback is not even valid. The interview is somewhat relevant to the position you are applying for but mostly it is very general and sometimes during the process you feel that
