I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Pleasanton, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview was conducted over the phone with a Manager who was very pleasant and personable. She was looking to an assistant to one of the directors and had experience reporting directly to officers of the company, which I had. She was very satisfied with my responses and indicated she would be in touch within a few days.
The interview process was pretty standard. It was a panel interview. They gave an overview of the position and looked over my resume. It has been a few weeks since I interviewed and I haven't heard back. It also took awhile for the recruiter to contact me to set up the interview after they had already reached out to me.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Phone interview that took an hour. Got a call 4 days later to be called for a panel interview. The whole process would take a month. It's a long process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me to tell me about the position and arranged a phone interview. I first had a phone interview with the VP/Deputy Controller (not the usual) and then a face to face interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The was the most informal interview I've had at KP. It was more like a conversation; I discussed my work background and what I was looking for in the position. The interviewer told me about the job and what he was looking for.
