online video interview with approx 5 people that were the directors of the related floors. they asked questions and you had to answer using your experience as an rn. every one asked 2 questions.

they asked about my rn journey and where I saw myself in 3-5 years with kp, when i took on a leadership role, when i had an angry patient what did I do, what did i do when i had a coworker that wasnt a team player, they asked what i would do if i had a pt with cp and one that fell what would i do/see first.
