From each interaction that I had with people at the organization everything appeared to be very well organized and everyone was extremely thorough and professional during the phone screen and subsequent group interview process. Interview questions were situational and standard fare, asking for you to explain (in detail) and offer examples of how you behaved (or would behave) in certain situations. Culture appears to be professional and formal.
