The interview was a panel interview which I was prepared for, however when the interview was granted to me I asked what the questions would be comprised of. I was given incorrect information. I asked what the split will be between professional questions and pharmaceutical related questions. I was told that the first interview was strictly on personality traits and management issues, then they would ask a few clinical questions . clinical interview would be granted at a later date. When I got into the panel, it was strictly clinical data and Pharmacy related questions. I was completely unprepared as had been told this other information weeks beforehand. I did not get the job however months later they called me and asked me to take the position when another Resident left.

the interview is a panel interview which include 90-minute interview, lunch and a 20-minute presentation. Candidate has an opportunity to tour the facility afterwards. Interview invite typically will be sent out from mid to late January.
