I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA) in Jan 2012
Interview
First, I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn, then I scheduled a phone screen with the recruiter. After that, I had another phone call with the hiring manager, and then then was called in for an on-site panel interview with the local leadership team. Finally, I had a meeting with the site manager and the hiring manager. Then I got a verbal offer and then the recruiter sent me an offer letter.

Question 1
How do you organize your time and handle multiple priorities in an ever-changing work environment?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente
Interview
Screening with HR, then Hiring Manager Interview, Interview Panel with four members of the US team. There was a hostile atmosphere in the panel, as if they don't want to hire you because their job could be ripped off (US Operations are being moved to offshore locations like India or Costa Rica). You could feel malicious intention with some of the questions made, as if the panel wanted you to fail on purpose.

Solve LeetCode Hard #30, Substring with Concatenation of All Words
A couple rounds with members of the team, very straightforward conversations to get to know me and the work that I do well. I felt very comfortable sharing my experience.
The HR team was prompt and professional in scheduling and coordinating the interviews. They provided clear instructions and timely updates throughout the process, which helped alleviate any anxiety or uncertainty.
