it centered on Professional competence, looking at aspects of costing of building and civil works, preparation of bills of quantities, evaluation of bids, life cycle costing, professional procedures and practice but to mention a few

The interview process took several months and it was very hectic. Had to be interviewed with 1000's of other people on the same day, it started late even with the overwhelming number of people to be interviewed
