After a phone interview, an in-person meeting was scheduled within 3 days.
At the in-person meeting, I saw 4 interviewers. Being a networking-oriented company, many of the questions were basic computer science algorithms, but did include a hairy protocol encoding and decoding question.
The interview schedule ran smoothly, and also included an hour for lunch where I talked with the CTO and VP of Engineering. I liked that because it was an opportunity to show the human side of myself with the hiring decision makers.
