Interview
The interview process was fairly relaxed, and was more about whether I would be comfortable in the role, rather than picking at my CV. Due to the variety of roles within the position, it meant that I could be offered positions that I was interested in. I felt very welcomed and positive throughout the interview.

Question 1
The main aspect of the interview was more conversational. As the role is customer facing, the main focus is on communication. Experience in a customer facing role gave me examples, which are great to draw on.

It was quite brief. The HR Manager went through my CV, asked me about previous experience and my experience at London College of Fashion. There were also some luxury/retail related questions.
