I received two interviews. For the second interview, with the principal, he showed up 30 minutes late and as he was walking into the conference room he said "Oh he is the one asking for too much money". The gentlemen who I interviewed with called mutual clients without my knowledge or consent and those clients then told the partner at my current job that I was interviewing elsewhere. They lowballed me an offer and when I said no thanks they offered, without hesitation, what I had asked for.

Email from HR, Visit office to interview. Very pleasant and typical. Met with senior architects who told me about the role. Follow up by email from HR person. I declined a second interview.
