Communication could be better between the company and employees

KTGY has a culture where strong ideas and high performers do not always seem to be welcomed. In my experience, upper leadership appeared more focused on ego, control, and protecting the status quo than on encouraging growth, innovation, or fresh thinking. That kind of environment makes it difficult for motivated employees to contribute meaningfully or develop professionally.
