Unprofessional, Misleading, and Toxic Environment
I had an absolutely terrible experience with KON Limo Service during my interview. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that professionalism was not their strong suit. The woman who sat with her back to me for several minutes while talking showed complete disrespect. When she finally acknowledged me, her first question was whether I owned a black suit. After I said I didn't, she made a dismissive face and immediately criticized me, saying, "Well, that's the first problem!" I mentioned that I could buy one if hired, but instead of engaging in a constructive conversation, she seemed to be looking for issues.
The worst part? They advertise a pay range of $25-$45/hour, but in reality, they only pay drivers $13/hour! Complete bait and switch. If I had known that up front, I wouldn't have wasted my time. The entire interview felt like a waste, and her attitude was borderline hostile as if she was trying to scare me off or just looking for any reason to put me down.
I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company. The drivers might be good, but the management is unprofessional, misleading, and toxic. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs!
