1. Hr Interview (easy)
2. Technical Interview (just general stuff nothing related to your field, ifs and buts scenario) (good experience)
3. Interview with CTO Florian Merz ( absolutely junk of a person)
The first two stages were really professional, but the interview with the CTO felt so bad. It was obvious that he had no experience of working as a developer and just as a Project manager. He kept on complaining about the previous team and how bad they were. He kept on talking about scenarios trying to out smart a Software Engineer with 5 years of experience. Absolute crap! When talked about the product he said he does not care about the company at all but just wants to focus on realeasing an app. I mean who says that ? When you say you don't care about the company it means you are just there for your salary. Florian Merz is defintely the reason this company will go down
