First you have a phone call with a recruiter Then on site technical interview And lastly a home assignment, It is annoying on its own that a company gives you a home assignment, when you need to spend time but they don't, but even more annoying when you set it to 17 to 19 but the interviewer is letting you know that he will not be available after 18. If that's not enough, after you go through all the effort of coming to their office and doing their home assignment, they don't think it is even worth the time of calling and giving you any feedback, only a generic email, as if you only had a short 30min zoom interview.
