A senior leader stepped in to try to reschedule a few interviews that were prescheduled by HR so there was quite a bit of back and forth between HR and trying to lock in what time we were speaking. Otherwise, everything else was straightforward and standard. Questions were data-centric and skill-based and there was a clear DEI lens to the process.
