Poor experience overall. Initial screening call with recruitment team member was ok, lasted 10-15 mins, she was able to talk about some aspects of the role but didn't have a great grasp of the overall objective of the role. Never mind though, it's just a screening call and I was pleased to move on to a 1:1 video call with the hiring line manager based in in Barcelona. Interview itself was fine, no particularly challenging questions and a good level of detail on the role and responsibilities was given. At no time was I told what salary was on offer and I've received no feedback or response whatsoever since then. My several follow up emails to the recruitment team member over the next 7-10 days went unanswered and none of the phone numbers I found worked. Two weeks later I just assumed I was unsuccessful. At least you know you've dodged a bullet if this happens. If a company culture doesn't encourage, or even demand, basic levels of courtesy then who knows what else is going on there.
