I applied online for the position. I was contacted by email for a phone interview after around 3 weeks of applying. The phone interview included my work experience, technical challenges and some basic Java questions. I was then invited to the office for further rounds. I was interviewed by 4 people in total. 2 rounds involved design, 1 round of debugging and 1 round was on elaborating on my projects and java questions.
