I applied online. I interviewed at K-LOVE (Sacramento, CA) in Apr 2019
Interview
First, I interviewed briefly with the recruiter who basically made it clear that this is a Christian organization and that if working there, I would need to sign a document agreeing to the mission, and agreeing to some of the fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith. I agreed to do so.
Next, they sent me a coding assignment. They asked me to create a web app as described in the next section (please see next section).

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at K-LOVE
Interview
Submitted my resume and was contacted fairly quickly about scheduling an initial recruiter interview. The interview was straightforward and I felt positive about the position with my experience and personal Christian background.
I was told the whole process could take a month because of internal changes and I would hear feedback about next steps within a week. It has been months and I never recieved feedback or even a basic rejection email. On top of that, the job I interviewed for was just posted on LinkedIn again, so they still haven't found anyone. That same job was sitting on their site for months before I even talked to them. I'm wondering if the position is even real.
Amazing edicate from this type of business....
