Takeaway: If this is how Justworks treats prospective hires, I shudder to think how they treat employees once you’re inside. The process screamed indecision, lack of alignment, and weak leadership. Advice to Management: Stop running candidates through marathon gauntlets you’re not prepared to close. Respect people’s time. Communicate decisions. And recognize that every candidate you mishandle shares their experience — publicly and privately. Right now, your reputation is taking the hit
