I felt under pressure for time to showcase my work. The competency interview made me feel like they were not listening and all typing. I didnt enjoy the experience. To me they were not listening. In the group challenge I was in a team of four and I felt I contributed well. I spoke, asked opinions and the feedback I received was that I was too quiet which was wrong. Did they want me to shout or not listen to anyone else? I think the process over all was unfair and unorganised.
