I had a very bad experience with this interview process. The entire process took around a month and a half. It started with an HR call that was very unprofessional. The HR representative did not introduce herself and went straight into questions about the role and team. Only about ten minutes later did she explain who she was and ask me to introduce myself. The call felt unstructured and poorly handled and lasted about 30 minutes. The next step was a 45-minute call with the hiring manager, which was actually a positive experience. The conversation was clear and professional, and I was then asked to complete an assignment within one week. After completing the assignment, I presented it to the team in a one-hour session. The team members were polite and asked relevant questions and hypothetical scenarios. That part went well. However, after the presentation, I was completely ghosted. I followed up multiple times with both HR and the hiring manager and never received any response or feedback. After investing considerable amount of time and effort, this lack of communication was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this interview process.

Had first call with a recruiter after being headhunted but they didn't get back to me after initial call. Didn't get any response or feedback. Maybe it was a one off but wouldn't recommend it.
