Pre screening is done with what looks like an in house system. Consists of a lot of IQ questions and logic questions & coding and SQL. Physical interview is 2 stages, first is with a software engineer and involves some pretty basic coding and logic problems, second is with HR.
Quite easy technical questions for assessment and follow by interviewed by HR (depends on role) This is solely for junior position. After few weeks, got offered for the position applied.
