Interview
The second interview was with 2 business designers. After only 15 minutes into the interview with only asking me how I would imagine working as a BD look like and motivation to apply, the senior BD showed real no interest in exploring more and wanted to end the interview. I am well aware of the fact that they received a large number of applicants, but be open minded and respectful to the candidates because they wanted to know more about the role and your expectations, etc. He was clearly looking down on me and some sort of having a certain answers that he wanted the candidates to respond.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jungle Minds (Amsterdam)
Interview
On the first call with the recruiter everything went well.
I was told that the position was in English but the day of the interview I was informed that it would be preferable to know Dutch.
Unprofessionalism is what describes the best my experience during that interview.
The interview was rescheduled at the last minute, I went later and again I had to wait for some time.
It was obvious they were not really aware of what they actually wanted, the interview went quite differently than expected and advertised by the description or the recruiter.
To add insult to the injury, one of the interviewers started eating throughout the interview leading to a small burp at the end.
