I applied online. I interviewed at Jump AI in Feb 2026
Interview
A one week trial ~ pretty standard ~ I suspect many that went through it had a great time. The interview most-likely would vary in difficulty depending on your experience level. I did not have a great end; however, the would be co-workers are awesome so I can't say anything bad. I do think leadership could have handled things better ~ small org, a lot of wheels turning, I get it. All in all it was still a really fun process and if you love Elixir, go for it!
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Jump AI (Draper, UT) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process is pretty straightforward with general interview questions. Nice people for the most part, seems like a pretty good company and it is growing fast. There are several interviews in the process.
