I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Josh.ai (Denver, CO) in Apr 2025
Interview
Step 1 was a coding assignment for writing a simple HTTP client in C++. Following that an interview with the hiring manager for culture fit, etc. Then was the on-site which consisted of a review of the coding assignment with two senior devs, lunch with the team, and a behavioral interview with three members from different parts of the organization.

Interview
Fairly simple low key interviews. The technical stuff was all theoretical and not any actual coding. Overall a pleasant experience and they evaluated me well. Team seems to be mostly or all remote and the product seems pretty fun to work on.
