Total Rounds: 9 (4 rounds conducted remotely and 5 rounds at the Gurugram office)
Round 1: 50 MCQs (10 on C/C++ and 40 on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
Round 2: An online data structures and algorithms (DSA) test consisting of two questions. The first question was an easy array-based problem, while the second was a medium-level problem similar to this one. Interestingly, I solved only one question and received an invitation for the next round, while some peers who solved both did not.
Round 3: A personality and verbal test, which was non-technical and fairly simple.
Round 4: A website-building assignment using only HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to be completed within one week.
After these initial rounds, the selected candidates were invited for in-person interviews.
Round 5: Though presented as an interview round, this was another DSA-based test with two questions, similar to Round 2. The first was an easy array problem, while the second was more challenging. Unfortunately, despite solving the first question, I was not advanced to the next round, while some candidates who didn’t solve any question did. I was the only student out of 40 to be rejected at this stage. The HR also accused me of cheating in the second round, which was quite shocking and disappointing.
Of the 40 candidates, 35 were from two colleges, while I was the only representative from my institution. I couldn't help but feel that my rejection was influenced by factors beyond my performance.
Round 6: Another assignment round, similar to Round 4, involving website creation within a 2-3 hour time frame.
Rounds 7 and 8: Two main technical interview rounds.
Round 9: HR interview round
