First had to complete a digital interview, then two rounds of teams meetings with management. Round one was more casual (Q&A) and the second had to give a presentation on a topic of my choice

So far two assessments. One was personality and workstyles which was fine but the second one felt an like an anti-dsylexia test from Cognify.
Not very disability friendly and I am disappointed by that :(
I said no to offer but I am still waiting to hear back
