I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (New Brunswick, NJ) in Feb 2011
Interview
I applied for a H.R. position on the internet and heard back from a recruiter who scheduled an interview the very next week. I received the application to fill out and return before the interview, about two days before the interview. No directions or address were provided and J&J had 3 different business locations in New Brunswick. Needless to say, I got there late and went through an entire day of interviewing with different Managers, all asking Behavioral questions having to do with project management experience. The first interview was at 10:00 and I left after 5:00, it was a very long day. About 4 weeks later I got the call that I didn't get the job.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you lead a project and two team members were in dispute.
Easy, straightforward interview panel took place over the course of 2 hours. The interview was held virtually although the team works a hybrid office schedule. The interview was standard, involving typical interview questions.
For this position I had three interviews and one business case in the span of two months. Despite the process being long, they were always very attentive when I sent an email and would get a reply almost immediately.
Overall positive interview experience. Hiring leader contacted shortly after resume submission and spent time answer questions about the role. Waiting a while to hear back on decision, but hiring leader personally got back to me with decision and provided interview feedback.
