People were nice, but the experience wasn't so good. MBA-level interview with no travel reimbursement -> surprising for a company of J&J's size. An employee was leaving the company and they needed to fill the position immediately. They plan to hire someone in the short term to stop the bleeding, then they wanted hire another person that is more "qualified" for the long term. Apparently they didn't think about hiring the one person for both short term and long term. I could not hide my disappointment when I found out the position I interviewed for was going to end right before Christmas.
