Two on campus interviews. 1 with 2 managers and 1 with HR. The interviewers were very friendly and not at all intimidating. Felt more like a conversation than an actual interview. Focus was more on getting to know me and my background and why I wanted to work for J&J

One HireVue recorded interview with 3 questions like , “Explain professional experience that relates to this position.” And “Why Johnson & Johnson?”. Was overall a simple interview but did take a while between rounds. Expect at least 1-2 weeks wait period.

It was an video interview with competency questions and I was accidently sent two even though I only applied for one role. But it was decent, 3 questions asked, each 3 minute.
