I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2021
Interview
I was contacted directly by the hiring manager and upon first contact, he conducted a phone screening that lasted about 35 minutes. He didn’t want to talk about my resume, but rather, just wanted to get to know me…it was the coolest thing ever! Before hanging up, he said he was moving me on to the next stage—a 4-panel interview that occurred the following week. I was contacted by the hiring manager the day after the 4-panel interview and told I was moving on to the final stage. This was on a Thursday and my final interview was the following Monday. The hiring manager contacted me the following Thursday to share that I had been selected!
