I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Sept 2013
Interview
After attending a useful and informative informal information/ q&a session I had two formal, one on one interviews. One was more like a conversation, I was at ease and was able to communicate all the things I felt important and ask the questions I wanted. The other was with an interviewer who seemed disinterested and who preferred me asking him questions. This made it important to have strong, relevant questions in mind. It was also important to know the credo and company information well.

Question 1
I was asked exactly what area I wanted to work in, and wasn't sure if they were looking for a strong statement or for flexibility.
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
