Interview
I initially networked with recruiters at a networking event. A week later I was called for an interview. The interview itself was not difficult. Two interviewers, one older and one young, asked me mainly behavioral and situational questions (i.e. Name a situation when you faced xyz challenge, and how did you deal with it?). They interviewed me only once before hiring.
