Directly send a CV to the human resource, after s week I get an interview from the company. There are 7 persons competing this position. After the first interview. 3 of us are selected for the second interview, which is by the head manger. I am lucky to get the job.

What are you going to do when you face some difficulties during working?
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
