I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Jan 2009
Interview
I was working for another division within J&J so I had a bit of an advantage that way but did not know anyone within this new division. The interview process consisted of an initial 1:1 interview with the National Sales Manager. Then a panel interview with the Regional Manager, Finanace Manager and Marketing Manager. Questions were very much situational in nature. They really wanted to see a passionate person with a sense of urgency and one that would mesh well with the other team members. Everyone I met was very personable and had a warmth about them. This was intune with what I was looking for and inline with the whole J&J company.
The interview was pretty basic and all the basic interview questions. The usual HR, then first interview and then second interview and back to HR again. Just be yourself and confident in your shoes.
I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (California, MD)
Interview
The interview process includes resume screening, a recruiter phone screen, one or more technical or behavioral interviews, possibly a case study, and a final round with team members before receiving an offer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Petaling Jaya) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process was well-structured and professional. It began with a phone screening by HR, followed by a virtual interview with the manager to assess my technical knowledge and communication skills. The questions were mostly scenario-based, focusing on my understanding of the medical industry, product knowledge, and sales strategies. The interviewers were friendly and gave me the opportunity to ask questions about the role and company culture. Overall, it was a smooth and informative process.”
