Initial CV screening then invitation to online situational judgment testing. After success, invitation to online maths/ data handling testing. Then invited to video interview. Was asked really basic questions about why I chose my university and the company in general. It's 8 questions of which you get two minutes to record yourself answering each and you are timed for how long it takes you to initiate your response. The question flashes up on the screen and you give yourself a couple of seconds to think then have to click record. The whole process was mundane, and I would've much preferred talking to someone in person. It was really hard trying to get across who you are as a person when simply talking into a camera and to a computer. I waited 4 weeks and still no feedback, so I emailed asking if we should assume we were unsuccessful as I was keen to move onto the next step. I received a reply saying "unfortunately we've just filled the R&D graduate role and will have to close the vacancy, we appreciate your time and interest, all the best for the future". It is a long interview process, and you receive no feedback for anything that you do , their response was blunt and I had to ask for it. Absolute waste of time.
