First step was a phone briefing with a corporate recruiter. Typical questions about past experience. She also described the role and the company in more detail.
Next was an in person interview. For the first hour, I sat in a conference room by myself and had a phone interview with a peer of the hiring manager. For the next hour I met face-to-face with the hiring manager. For the third hour, I met with 2 direct reports to the hiring manager, and one of their peers.
All of the interview discussions were relaxed and collaborative. They asked questions, I asked questions, and we had a good conversation about the company, the role, and my experience and interests.
