It was a very simple process where they brought me in and I interviewed with two really nice Moms (who were Finance Managers). Extremely nice process when I interviewed as a CO OP. The FLDP interviews are simple yet there is a lot of competition. They have a program where they train all the FLDPs in New Brunswick for a few weeks. It was easy and good, I applied for treasury analyst role people are kind and ready to help. i think you need to prepare for corporate finance questions, impress them well
First I had to submit my CV. Then a few days after, I received a request to submit an online interview within four days. The online interview was through HireVue, where you had to reply to 3 questions (enough time to prepare).
