Interview
The first round of interviews was extremely pleasant and informative. The second round, however, involved a lot of vague questions that when I tried to answer, the interviewer would indicate that I was answering the question incorrectly and that she actually wanted to know about one specific aspect of my experiences. It went on like that for about an hour and I just felt like she was extremely rude.
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
