There was initial video interview screening. Then a behavioural interview round with 2 people and technical round which involved clicking on screens. I find the technical round pointless and useless. No much context was given so not sure what were they trying to assess

Initial interview with hiring manager. Online interview with two staff. Final in-person interview with case study. Requested lengthly psychometric testing (over 2 hours), then no response from hiring manager for weeks.
