1. Contacted and invited to come to main office. This was difficult in that my schedule was not very flexible .
2. Non threatening interview by the Executive Director and Division Director. Lasted about 30 min. I was very impressed that the EXecutive Director participated in this interview. Both of them answered my questions in detail.
3. The next step was Site visit. I toured the practice location and greeted present workers. I asked questions. It was not rushed. Job offer made By phone immediately after the visit. All staff were pleasant and seemed to enjoy their work. All admitted that the clients can present a challenge.Security and safety and safety issues were addressed.
